- A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £150.00 will be required to secure all bookings.
- Cheques and Postal Orders to be made payable to 'Christine Marsden' and sent to address on booking form.
- Please DO NOT send cash through the post.
- Balances are due eight weeks prior to departure. Failure to do so, without prior agreement, will result in your booking being cancelled and cancellation charges below will apply.
- If your booking is made within eight weeks of departure, the total cost of your holiday must be paid at the time of booking.
- An additional security deposit of £150.00 is required, by cheque, at the time of balance payment.
This will be held until your return and may be used to cover any inventory charges. i.e. breakages, damage, excess cleaning etc. The cheque will be returned approx 3-4 weeks after your return, following receipt of the inspection report.
- We are happy to provide certain complimentary items i.e. cot, high chair and bbq. However, guests who use these items should assume all responsibility and ensure, on their departure, that these items are clean, undamaged and fit for use by the next guests.
- If pool heating is required, this will be charged at approx $20.00 per day which will be payable locally. Usually collected towards the end of your stay by Loyalty Management.
- Rental commences at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 10.00am on the day of departure. Should you depart any later than the stated time, without prior agreement, then daily charges may apply.
- Any cancellation by you may result in the loss of any and all monies paid. We advise all our guests to take out adequate holiday insurance.

All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead name on the booking form.

- During your stay in our villa, you are expected to assume all reasonable responsibility for the safety and security of the property, its contents and persons in your party.
- Any complaints or concerns regarding the property and its contents should be reported to Loyalty Management whose details you will find in the villa.
- You must report any damage, concerns or faults to the company or ourselves within 24 hours to enable us to expedite a satisfactory resolution. We would urge you to submit any major complaints, in writing, within 7 days of your return.
- If a party size exceeds that stated on the booking form, we reserve the right to ask the party to vacate the property. Any additional persons to be included on the booking form can be added 48 hours before departure.
- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy (8 persons including cot).
- Guests are reminded that this is a self-catering holiday, though some essential items are provided on arrival for your convenience.
- You will find an information booklet in the property which we hope you will find helpful. Please take time to read it. It includes hints and tips for a safe and enjoyable stay and also outlines the laws & by-laws of staying in this residential area.
- We operate a non-smoking policy within the property, including games room. However, smoking is permitted at the outside pool and patio area.
- In the unlikely event that we should need to change or cancel your booking, we will notify the lead name on the booking form and either offer; alternative accommodation (where possible), or a full refund if changes are not acceptable.
- We will endeavour to accommodate ‘any day’ arrivals wherever possible.
- We reserve the right to charge in full, either by invoice or security deposit, for any breakages, abuse of or damage to the property or its contents.
- We reserve the right to cancel, change or alter any details at any time.
